As part of the Diocesan Transformation Program Archdeacon Nikkii Groarke starts work with Area Dean Paul Lawlor and Retired Archdeacon Andy Piggott to explore what can we done to release the churches of Greater Redditch in Mission.

The Consultation Process
We have engaged in an extensive series of
meetings with the churches of the area. The outcome has been a clear mandate for change.

We are moving from Concept to Implementation. As we do so we are:
- Recruiting a broader leadership team
- Working on the structure needed
- Encouraging Local churches to work on their mission plans
