We Need an Operations Manager!
Location: Redditch, UK (serving 12 diverse C of E parishes across Greater Redditch, including Alvechurch, Feckenham, and Tardebigge )
Calling all entrepreneurial self-starters and strategic thinkers! The Redditch Mission Area (RMA) is searching for a dynamic, highly competent Operations Manager to be our organisational champion. This is a chance to make a tangible difference at the heart of our vibrant community.
As our Operations Manager, you’ll be the pivotal strategic partner to the RMA Leader, truly driving the operational and administrative backbone of our mission area. We’re looking for someone with an eye for detail and the big picture – ensuring robust governance, optimal efficiency, and seamless operational infrastructure and able to seek out opportunities for improvement.

Salary: £31294 pa + 3% pension contribution
Role: Full Time, fixed- term post of 3 years
