in Worcestershire and Dudley.

You can find out more about our Diocese at www.cofe-worcester.org.uk

Our diocesan vision is to grow as Kingdom People, sharing the good news of Jesus’ love in Worcestershire and Dudley through churches that are growing in health and sustainability.

Our Priorities 2023 – 2030:

  • Double the number of children and young people worshipping in our churches.
  • Create 100 new worshipping communities.
  • Invest in the renewal of around a dozen churches to support other local churches.
  • Underpin these by investing in our clergy and lay leaders.

Funding from the diocesan Healthy Churches fund supports missional projects such as the Redditch Mission Area.

The underlying aid being for parishes to have strategic plans for growth, aligning with our aims to worship God, make disciples, transform communities, and share hope. Children and young people are integral to our churches, and we need to make sure there are no obstacles preventing them from getting involved. As members of the Redditch Mission Area Team you will be be part of a wider team working across our diocese and will benefit from support from the wider diocese, including:
